Music at it’s best takes you to another place and works with your emotions. I personally love music that takes me to that happy place, music that moves me. At its best music can lift you, transport you, and help you out of the darkest places. Music also creates a connection to personal memories and your younger self through nostalgia. We bond with people that matter through sharing the music we love. After listening to this album for the last month I realised that not only was this the first time I’d not been the first to review a Babylon A.D. album this millennium, but also that I was loving it so much that getting in there first didn’t matter only enjoying the music did. The other reason for not getting in there first is that I’m in Northern Vietnam at the moment and chilling in the beauty of this country. This album has my constant companion since I’ve been here, things couldn’t be more perfect…

The great Latin bandleader Tito Puente has long been one of the pioneers in fusing bebop with very danceable Latin music. On this Concord disc, Puente plays vibes and timbales and utilizes an 11-piece band featuring trumpeter Jimmy Frisaura, Mario Rivera on tenor, soprano and flute, pianist Jorge Dalto and an infectious rhythm section. Jazz standards (including "Sophisticated Lady," "Bluesette" and even Freddie Hubbard's "First Light") alternate with Latin numbers.

The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration is a live double-album release in recognition of Bob Dylan's 30 years as a recording artist. Recorded on October 16, 1992, at Madison Square Garden in New York City, it captures most of the concert, which featured many artists performing classic Dylan songs, before ending with three songs from Dylan himself.

Govinda start their activities in 1994, when original members of Keshava (Satya Mana, Pandit Ananda and Yasodanandana), that had some of their new age tracks released on Klaus Schulze label Innovative Сommunication” decided to change. Everything started when the three Keshava members met DJ Om, who was quite well known in the Los Angeles area, Balearic Islands and Barcelona, so they decided to start a new project, Govinda, along with the support of Indian and Sri Lankan singers, plus the singer/dancer "Chandra".
