Preflyte is a compilation album by the American folk rock band The Byrds initially released in July 1969 on Together Records. The album is a collection of demos recorded by The Byrds (then named The Jet Set) at World Pacific Studios in Los Angeles during 1964, before the band had signed to Columbia Records. This Japanese cardboard sleeve reissue featuring the high-fidelity Blu-spec CD format and 2012's 24-bit remastering. Contains 48 tracks total on 3 discs, including tracks from the original album, tracks from "In The Beginning", and more. The cardboard sleeve faithfully replicates its original LP jacket designs, including Together edition, Columbia edition, and Ariola edition.
