On the Tuxedo Remixes EP, Mayer Hawthorne & Jake One's collaborative album Tuxedo gets remixed by Kaytranada (Warp Records), Battlecat (legendary West Coast DJ) & Jean Tonique (France). The EP is housed in a die cut jacket with clear polybag.
After hitting us with their Red Flowerz project late last year, R&B duo, Blaq Tuxedo, have been heavy on the remix tip this year and taking on some of the more popular records out. After hearing remixes over Breezy” "New Flame” & Drake’s “How Bout Now” to name a few, the duo decide to return tonight with their latest #TuxedoTuesday remix called “Don’t”.
As expected, the R&B duo show off their exceptional vocals and deliver a smooth new slow jam that the ladies will surely appreciate. Similar to his recent releases, this cut is presumably just part of #remixseason and won’t make for any project. Nothing wrong with that, as long as he keeps the #TuxedoTuesdays going.
