Glamour Boys is the 1989 single by black rockers Living Colour. The 4th single from their debut album Vivid, this features a studio and live version of the song plus a great live version of "What's Your Favorite Colour?", where they also include Led Zeppelin's "The Ocean", Bad Brains' "Sailin' On", Jungle Brothers' "Girl I'll House You", and Fred Wesley & The J.B.'s "Doing It To Death". This is a promotional item made by Epic Records.

"Glamour Boys" was the fourth and last single to be released from Living Colour's debut album, Vivid. By this time, the group had become an overnight success, which had taken them about twelve years to do. The single was also released to coincide with the band's opening slot for The Rolling Stones' North American Steel Wheels in the fall of 1989, and Epic released this 3-song promotional CD to radio stations so people who weren't avid MTV viewers could get familiar with them.

The two live tracks are taken from a live performance that was broadcast live in the spring of 1989. The performance of "What's Your Favorite Colour?" has to be heard to be believed, as they go through renditions of songs by Led Zeppelin, Bad Brains, Jungle Brothers, and James Brown to represent some of their favorite "colors".
