Album released by American instrumentalist and band leader William Correa (New York, 1934-1983), aka 'Willie Bobo'. He was one of the greatest drummers of his time (the 50's to 70), especially with congas and timbales, plus a radiant singer and showman on stage. Worked, collaborated or recorded with artists such as George Shearing, Cal Tjader, Herbie Mann, Mongo Santamaria, Pérez Prado, Tito Puente, Miles Davis, Cannonball Adderley, Herbie Hancock, Wes Montgomery, etc. Willie left a unique legacy as a teacher of percussion (bongo, conga, timbale and drum), was able to fuse jazz and Latin music with R & B and made forays into pop.Track list:
