Collaboration between Federico Durand (Argentina) and hofli aka Tsuda Takashi (Japan). They first began to make tracks together to prepare souvenir CDRs for their 2017 Japan tour, and this successful trial lead to releasing this full album. Basically they sent field recording materials to each other, and the other person finishes by adding instruments and processing. The concept, tracks and the song order were determined based on an unique dream he saw during the collaboration which tells you inside the 6 page roll fold booklet featuring paintings by fuuyamn who also collaborated during their Japan tour as live painter. Imagine inside the deep night fog of a beautiful garden, listening to the birds chirping, bells ringing, childrens voices and the acoustic guitar echoing with myriads of tiny and transparent layered sounds. Everything flowing just naturally and blending into one perfect piece. It is difficult to imagine this work was done by 2 artist. A heaven music. Mastered by Chihei Hatakeyama. Federico Durand Federico is a sound artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since his highly acclaimed 1st album "La siesta del ciprs" (SPEKK, 2010), he has been constantly delivering new materials from 12K, Home Normal, Own Records and Desire Path label. He has also released album as Melodia (with Tomoyoshi Date from Optiope) and Every Hidden Color (with Nicholas Szczepanik). hofli hofli is an alias of Tsuda Takashi, a sound artist from Tokyo. He has started his music career from the end of 90s as solo making music based on field recordings. He is also the member of stilllife (with Hiroki Sasajima), Les Trois Poires (with TAMARU & Kazuya Matsumoto) and constantly doing sound installations, workshops, live performaces throught Japan.
