    Part of Fat Possum's success can be measured by the artists that they almost missed. Asie Payton recorded a single time with Fat Possum in his lifetime.

    In a single night he recorded over 30 tracks. This was the first album released after that session. He didn't live to see its release.

    Thank you Fat Possum for tracking down these forgotten and undiscovered musician's and preserving them for humanity.
