Frédéric De Backer is better known as Fred Baker. He is a Belgian trance DJ who has worked under many aliases including Iguana, and Odyssey among others.
Along with his own productions, he has produced several tracks with artists such as Greg Nash and Vincent Gorczak.
He is currently highly recognised in the trance community for his tech-trance style music. However, he has produced several techno-style and hard house tracks under various guises.
His career took off back in 1996 when he, along with Laurent David & TC Process, produced the hit anthem 'Y-Traxx - Mystery Land'.
This track received a large amount of play time from Paul Oakenfold in some of the biggest clubs including Amnesia and Space.
The track was also featured on more that 15 major compilations that year.
