This latest collection from Bargrooves includes cuts from the deeper, more underground end of the disco spectrum, with 30 tracks from the likes of Detroit Swindle, Joey Negro, Mood II Swing and DJ Sneak alongside two bonus DJ mixes.
In typical Bargrooves fashion this latest edition delivers an essential collection of upfront cuts direct from the underground, alongside timeless classics from the veterans of house and disco.

Standout contemporary tracks include the Purple Disco Machine remix of Hercules and Love Affair’s ‘Do You Feel The Same’, Miguel Migs’ ‘What Do You Want’ (Migs Salted Vocal) and Reboot’s recent ‘The Frenchie Thing’ - which is shaping up to be one of the year's biggest records. Meanwhile krankbrother and Kiwi fly the flag for the underground with recent cuts ‘Big Mo’ and ‘Llama’ respectively.

Classic tracks in the vein of ‘Keep On Jumpin’ (Egotrip Mix) from Beatboxx featuring Chazzie, ‘Joy’ (Choice Mix) by Janet Rushmore and DJ Sneak’s ‘Keep On Groovin’ (Pitch Disco Mix) – all of which were released more than 15 years ago – still sound fresh, demonstrating the timelessness of quality house and disco music.
