The Lightning Seeds return in October with "See You In The Stars," their first new album in over ten years.

Most of the songs are penned by Ian Broudie. One of the album's highlights, "Emily Smiles," was co-written with Terry Hall, while "Great to Be Alive" was written by James Skelly (The Coral).

Ian Broudie says about "Sunshine", the first single to be released: "The song is about the sun as the source of life. I've had a lot of dreams worrying about the future in an uncertain world, but when the sun shines, everything feels more positive and hopeful. It's about being optimistic and seeing the best in things, and I hope it will warm everyone's heart."
