A singer and songwriter who makes an assertive, atmospheric brand of electro-pop, Eves Karydas is the stage alias of Hannah Karydas, formerly known as Eves the Behavior. Born and raised in Cairns, Australia until her family relocated to Brisbane during her early teens, she learned at the age of 15 that she had synesthesia – in her case, the ability to hear sounds and see them as colors. Until then, she had assumed the experience was commonplace. Karydas relocated again at the age of 18 in 2015, this time to London, England to actively pursue a career in music. That same year, the Dew Process label released her self-titled debut EP as Eves the Behavior.
After rebranding herself Eves Karydas, she reemerged in 2017 with "There for You," a single co-produced by Chris Zane (Passion Pit, St. Lucia). ~ Marcy Donelson
