It is part of a series of bootleg discs made by the Mean Mr. Mustard label and this one features various outtakes and versions of "Good Morning, Good Morning" from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, which also includes unofficial remixes and "outfakes". It works quite good as is.
