Prince - Greatest Hits in Concert 1982-1991 (2016)

For new collectors of Prince's live performances, I'd rate this a solid B+, nice packaging etc, solid sound quality for the most part. For very seasoned collectors however, I give it a C because you've heard all these performances before and you've heard the COMPLETE performances, this one has missing songs.

The first CD has 10 tracks and runs for 65 min 46 sec. Recorded at Passaic, NJ, 30th January 1982. The sound is a bit muddy but it is still listenable. The second CD has 10 tracks and runs for 42 min 47 sec. The third CD has 7 tracks and runs for 56 min 44 sec. The two CDs are a set from The Carrier Dome, Syracuse, NY, 30th March 1985, Excellent sound quality. The fourth CD has 16 tracks and runs for 48 min 15 sec. The fifth CD has 12 tracks and runs for 44 min 27 sec. the two CD set is from Estadio Vicente Calderon, Madrid 22nd July 1990. Excellent sound quality. The sixth CD has 17 tracks and runs for 74 min 53 sec. Taken from TV Broadcasts. Sometimes tracks recorded from TV can be pretty bad but all the tracks on this disc are excellent.
