    Genre: Bluegrass

Morning Bugle is John Hartford's excellent 1972 follow-up to the groundbreaking Aereo-Plain album. The music was all written by Hartford except for one traditional tune, and was recorded live in the studio with no over-dubbing. Norman Blake was back to play acoustic guitar on this one, plus Dave Holland plays bass Yes, that the former Miles Davis bassist and one of the most prominent composers in modern jazz. He plays on another bluegrass album with others including Norman Blake, Sam Bush & Tut Taylor. If anyone has this please let me know!!!!
