    Good With Parents is the ultra-brooding minimal pop self titled album from Lewis Evans, The lungs in Black Country, New Road.

    Written and recorded sporadically in-between Black Country duty, this debut collection of songs finds itself nodding cautiously at the state of the world at present while exhibiting plenty of that deep pop “break up” sound…however, with that said, there is nothing doom and gloom to deal with here, whilst Good With Parents has a fermented, existential quality, soaked in stylised concern at the looming shadows of lost opportunity it effortlessly provides enough hooks for an entire football team to hang their shirts on.

    Produced by Lewis Evans with guest appliances from Ava Gore, Taylor Skye, Ethan P. Flynn and Felix Stephens whilst lovingly mixed by fellow Black Country, New Road bandmate, Isaac Wood, the debut album by Good With Parents will begin to ship in early December with pre-orders open now.
