American Bombshell is a 'new' hard rock 'n' roll band and the sure thing is that will make some noise out there! Strongly influenced by bands such as Guns N Roses, Junkyard an' Aerosmith and, for damn sure, filled with a strong hard blues sound in it American Bombshell's brand new opus, "Tattooed 'n Bruised", must be played on maximum volume. Guitarist Steve Boyles and drummer Jason Carr started working together a few years prior to Bombshell. They both discovered that they had similar passions and the right ideas to create music. They reached out to some fellow musicians within the local scene who had expressed some interest to shake things up a little and with the addition of Jay Cee (vocals), Andy Nixon (lead guitar), and Dustin Green (bass) the line-up completed.
The result of this collaboration was the band's debut album entitled "No Regrets". The first single “Another Dead Rockstar” earned Bombshell the grand prize in a nationwide contest hosted by The Grammys – beating out over 4000 other artists and earning them a chance to record a song (My Drug) with Grammy award winning producer Mike Clink at the legendary EastWest Studios in Hollywood, CA. American Bombshell's music is simple, catchy as hell, 'dirty', in-your-face and edgy. There's no new tricks or something modern here just pure and old-fashioned ass-kickin' rock 'n' roll with tons of attitude.
