Aguaviva fue un grupo musical español, que desarrolló básicamente su trayectoria durante los años 70 del siglo XX, entre 1969 y 1979. Interpretaron poemas de poetas españoles como Blas de Otero, Federico García Lorca y Rafael Alberti entre otros. Algunas de sus canciones fueron prohibidas por el régimen de Francisco Franco (1939-1975). Su carrera compaginó la canción, la poesía e incluso el teatro, pero siempre con una actitud crítica y reivindicativa hacia el mundo apasionante y cargado de cambios que les tocó vivir. Hoy, Aguaviva, es sinónimo de calidad y de búsqueda de la libertad en todos sus aspectos. Uno de esos grupos imprescindibles en la historia de la música española que marcaron la pauta y crearon un estilo que aunaba la mejor poesía con una música que era mucho más que un simple envoltorio para la palabra.

"Poetas andaluces de ahora" fue el quinto LP de su carrera y "No hay derecho" el sexto.
