San Khum - Neung (Thai contemporary music series)

San Khum - Neung mean retospect the pass. Original Thai traditional classic music are three primary classical ensembles, the Piphat, Khruang Sai and Mahori differ in significant ways, they all share a basic instrumentation and theoretical approach. This album bring Thai traditional classical music to rearrange base on Khruang Sai orchestra and play in contemporary style mix with westen instrument.

Thai classical music deeply influenced by Khmer and even older practices and repertoires from India as abviously seen many in the name of song often present the word "Khamare" or "Bermar".
