Amazing third album by Italy's finest the Peawees. Ramones meets the Clash meets Devil Dogs meets Buddy Holly - ultra catchy punk Punk'N Roll. "Dead End City" is the key album, which sent the Peawees to the top as one of the best European Rock & Roll acts. The guys are the favourites of magazines and fanzine attractions, interviewed by people such as Maximum Rock 'N' Roll and Rocksound UK. In 2003 the Italian label Ammonia Records released a new version of this masterpiece, which includes several unreleased songs, and even excluded a cover of John Fogerty's famous song "Proud Mary" as weakest track! After another line up change consisting of Carlo Landini replacing Jacopo Giannetti, the band once again hit the road in Europe playing gigs and festivals, sharing the stage with the Damned, the Dwarves, Radio Birdman, the Cramps, Marky Ramone, Bad Religion, amongst the others, joining the Ammonia Tour promoting the Italian version of "Dead End City".

The Peawees were formed in the mid of 90s by ex-members of The Nukes and The Manges. In 1995 they released their first LP "Where People Smile"… From that point things really started rolling and soon their fanbase started growing. They toured the USA, most european countries and UK, plus they did many shows in Italy. In 2001 they released their third album "Dead End City" on Stardumb Records and supported that album with a European tour. Again many people got infected by their raw & energetic rock-n-roll. Keep your eyes open for this band, cause they're hotter than hell.
