    Originally released in 1997 as part of the Clearview Records Ramones cover LP series that included Screeching Weasel, The Vindictives, The Queers, The Mr. T Experience and Boris The Sprinkler among others, the Parasites "It's Alive" is now remastered and available on CD for the first time. The Parasites sang the words right off of the oddly translated lyric sheet that came with the original Japanese LP, giving this Ramones classic a hysterical new twist!
    This is not the double LP that most people are familiar with. The Parasites covered the Japanese version of It's Alive. This version was a single 20-tracks LP which also contained a lyric sheet with wrong (but very funny) lyrics. E.G. "Suzy is a headbanger, her mother is a Jew" (from Suzy Is A Headbanger) and "Flats in glass, Students in class, Mama's on the booze, Babies got the juice" (from We're A Happy Family). This lyric sheet is included with the Parasites album. Also, the Parasites sing all these incorrect lyrics which adds a new spin to these classic songs! %)
