Nitcho can sometimes play quiet, which is rare among younger Manouche guitarists, but also very fast with runs as I have rarely heard. He really plays all the notes to the minutest detail. He is notable in his improvisations and makes his chord solos and harmonics clearly and confidently. You belong to him in some songs that are dark brown chords, like Django Reinhardt who made sometimes.
I unfortunately do not have any information about this guitar talent - the CD cover shows far too brief details, only that is played on a guitar Di Mauro of '40.
I think Nitcho remarkable and I think we will certainly be hearing more from him. I call Hot Club fans on this CD to really go and listen…(keepitswinging)
