Marcel Loeffler, accordion prominent in France, is surrounded by a beautiful array of musicians for a wild journey into the world of jazz. It presents an eclectic program with some original compositions and covers of legendary songs. Originally from Haguenau, Marcel Loeffler early bathed in a magical broth, made of gypsy music and jazz. Practicing the accordion since the age of 5 years, he has performed with jazz greats such as Bireli Lagrene. His career as a professional musician, as an accompanist and soloist, has led to an interest in all forms of jazz, Northern Europe, North Africa, Latin America, and rock to jazz to experimental the United States. Collaboration with trombonist and arranger Pascal Beck is the opportunity to return to his first love and produce, with a real big band, a jazz inspired and inspiring.

Marcel Lœffler, accordéoniste de premier plan en France, s’entoure d’une belle palette de musiciens pour une folle équipée dans le monde du jazz. Il présente un programme éclectique avec quelques compositions originales et des reprises de morceaux mythiques. Originaire de Haguenau, Marcel Lœffler a baigné très tôt dans un bouillon magique, fait de musique manouche et de jazz. Pratiquant l’accordéon depuis l’âge de 5 ans, il a joué avec les plus grands jazzmen, tel Biréli Lagrène. Sa carrière de musicien professionnel, en tant qu’accompagnateur puis soliste, l’a conduit à s’intéresser à toutes les formes du jazz, d’Europe septentrionale, du Maghreb, d’Amérique Latine, jusqu’au jazz rock et expérimental des État-Unis. La collaboration avec le tromboniste et arrangeur Pascal Beck est l’occasion de revenir à ses premières amours et de produire, avec un véritable big band, une musique jazz inspirée et inspirante.
