The album is written, produced and arranged by Ida Rønshaugen and recorded in the hall number three at The Norwegian National Opera and Ballet.
Other appearances on her debut album are Jens Andreas Kleiven who plays the piano, Roger Arntzen on bass and Tore Sandbakken on drums.
