This is the first recordings of both Violin Concerto and Lyric Suite, by Alban Berg.
The Concerto is Conducted by the composer, conductor and friend of Berg, Anton Webern, and came from a record of Louis Krasner, to whom the work was. This was the second performance of the work, in England.
The Lyric Suite is by the original Galimar Quartet.
