Okay, I admit that unlike any of my previous posts, this one doesn't look or feel (let alone sounds) like anything remotely avant-garde. But, in addition to avant-garde, I also love Medieval/Renaissance music. Above all, I'm especially a big fan of the Hilliard Ensemble (as well as the Tallis Scholars). Above all, it's released by ECM, a label not unknown for being top of it's league (and that league happens to be in the field of avant-garde). Moreover, Jozzie121 have lately given us two silver platters from the Hilliard & Co. and this is just a small contribution to supplement (what I hope would be) an ongoing effort. So, there you have it!
