For their latest programme Flautando Köln explored entirely new directions. To approach the music of Kurt Weill, Claude Debussy or also well-known jazz greats such as Dizzie Gillespie on recorders means for players and audience alike breaking away from trusted sounds, setting aside established listening habits and becoming receptive to a new, interesting musical spectrum.
I think this German recorder quartet's new CD might be a good addition to the two discs by another German recorder quartet QNG kindly shared a few days ago by d'Avignon! :)
