Laura Pausini - Inedito (2011) [Deluxe Edition]

Inedito è il quattordicesimo album ufficiale della cantante italiana Laura Pausini pubblicato l'11 novembre 2011. È il suo undicesimo album di studio, decimo disco di inediti. L'album è stato pubblicato in lingua spagnola con il nome Inédito il 15 novembre 2011.

Dop aver annunciato alla fine del 2009 una pausa che sarebbe durata due anni, Laura Pausini ha rotto il silenzio i primi giorni di gennaio 2011 quando il sito web ufficiale ha riferito che sarebbe stato pubblicato alla fine del 2011 un nuovo album. A partire dall'11 gennaio 2011 il sito web ufficiale è stato rinnovato mensilmente. La data di uscita ufficiale dell'album è stata comunicata il 10 febbraio e il primo singolo e la tracklist il 10 settembre. Il giorno seguente i primi trenta secondi del singolo Benvenuto sono stati resi disponibili in streaming attraverso il sito web ufficiale. La canzone è stata poi pubblicata ufficialmente in rotazione radiofonica il 12 settembre.

Nel mese di ottobre 2011, durante la promozione dell'abum in Messico, Laura Pausini ha spiegato che il titolo Inedito si riferisce al processo creativo dell'album, descritto come molto diverso dagli altri. L'album è stato infatti scritto e realizzato per la prima volta senza nessuna pressione, nella privacy della sua casa, invece che lavorare negli aeroporti e nelle camere d'albergo.

L'album è formato da 14 brani inediti. Benvenuto, il primo singolo dell'album che dà il benvenuto alle cose per cui vale la pena vivere e alle persone autentiche e vere, contro ogni forma di ipocrisia e falsità e contiene riferimenti agli eventi attuali, cercando di iniettare coraggio e ottimismo, nonostante la presenza della crisi economica che ha colpito tutto il mondo a partire dal 2000 e in altri versetti del testo riferimenti più personali, riguardanti la vita privata dell'artista. Non ho mai smesso, il 2° singolo dell'album è la confessione più sincera di come l'artista consideri il proprio lavoro una grandissima fortuna e di come non abbia mai pensato, neanche per un istante, di lasciare questa sua passione. Il terzo singolo sarà Bastava, scritto da Niccolò Agliardi per la concorrente della quinta edizione del talent show di Canale 5 Amici di Maria De Filippi del 2005 Eleonora Crupi, rifiutata dal Festival di Sanremo e donato poi a Laura Pausini e riadattato. Gli altri brani sono: Troppo tempo, eseguito in duetto con Ivano Fossati e con un assolo di chitarra dallo stesso Fossati; Inedito, eseguito in duetto con Gianna Nannini; Come vivi senza me, che parla delle persone adulte che vivono insieme da molto tempo ed è ispirata ad una coppia di amici sposati che stanno passando un momento di crisi; Nel primo sguardo, scritta da Niccolò Fabi che parla di fiducia e dedicato alla sorella minore, Silvia, con la quale duetta nella versione italiana; Tutto non fa te, dedicato alla madre Gianna; Ti dico ciao, dedicato all'amico scomparso Giuseppe.

Nell'edizione deluxe sono presenti inoltre versioni soliste di Inedito/Inédito (Lo exacto opuesto de ti), Nel primo sguardo e gli adattamenti del brano Nel primo sguardo in lingua portoghese No primeiro olhar e in lingua francese Dans le premier regarde.

Per la promozione dell'album, Laura Pausini rimarrà impegnata per un anno da dicembre 2011 a dicembre 2012 in un tour mondiale, intitolato Inedito World Tour 2011-2012, che toccherà molte città in Italia ed Europa, ma anche America Latina e Australia.

Inedito (English: All New or Unpublished) is the eleventh studio album by Italian singer Laura Pausini, issued by Atlantic Records in November 2011. This is Pausini's comeback album, after two years of silence. The name of the album was confirmed on the dawn of 10 September 2011. The album was previewed with the release of the single "Benvenuto", which debuted at number one on the Italian Singles Chart.

The Spanish-language version of the album, titled Inédito, was released on 11 November 2011 as a digital download in Spain, and on 15 November 2011 as a Compact Disc both in Spain and in Latin America.

Beginning in December 2011, Pausini will embark the Inedito World Tour to promote the album, first in Italy, then coming to Latin America.
After announcing in late 2009 that she would have been out of the spotlight for two years, Pausini broke her silence in early January 2011, when her website reported that Pausini's eleventh studio album would be released in late 2011.

Starting from 11 January 2011, Pausini's website was monthly renewed, adding information about her new studio album and the Inedito World Tour. On 10 September 2011, Pausini revealed the artwork and the tracklist of her album. The following day, the first single from Inedito, "Benvenuto", was made available in streaming through Pausini's official website. The song was officially released on 12 September 2011.

On 9 November 2011, via her official Facebook page, Pausini confirmed that "Non ho mai smesso" would have been released in Italy on 11 November as the second single from the album. In October 2011, during a promotional tour in Mexico, Pausini explained that the title Inedito refers to the creative process of the album, described as very different from the one that led to her previous studio sets, because for the first time she conceived and wrote the whole album without any pressure, in the privacy of her home, instead of working on it in airports and hotel rooms.

The album features guest appearances by Italian singer-songwriters Gianna Nannini, with whom Pausini duets in the title-track, and Ivano Fossati, who performs a guitar solo in "Troppo tempo" / "Hace tiempo". The track "Tutto non fa te" / "Lo que tú me das" is dedicated to Pausini's mother, while "Nel primo sguardo" / "A simple vista" was written by Pausini thinking about her younger sister, Silvia, with whom she duets in the Italian version of the song.

"Nel primo sguardo" is by far the only song ever released and recorded by Pausini in four different languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French. A 10 second snippet of an English version of the song was sung live by Pausini during a press conference. Also, after the album was released, during a radio broadcast, Pausini sang a snippet of an English version of "Celeste". The track "Ti dico ciao" / "Te digo adiós" is dedicated to Pausini's late friend, Giuseppe. Indeed, she planted a tree in front of her house, alluding to the lyrics of the song.

On 11 November 2011, Pausini promoted her album appearing on the first episode of the new TV show by Italian presenter Piero Chiambretti, the Chiambretti Muzic Show, during which she sang a few tracks from Inedito. The tour to promote the album will start on 22 December 2011 from Milan. The Inedito World Tour will reach Latin America in January and February 2012. In March 2012, Pausini will be back in Italy for a second Italian leg of the tour, while in April and May she will give concerts throughout the rest of Europe
