First time on CD for this live session recorded at the Bass Clef club in 1985 by District Six. This popular band featured South African-born musicians exiled in London, including Jim Dvorak, Mervyn Africa, and Brian Abrahams who provided a great display of township-influenced jazz.

Harrison Smith - saxophone and flute
Mervyn Africa - piano, vocals, cabassa and han cymbals
Dill Katz - fretless bass guitar
Brian Abrahams - drums and vocals
