Café del mundo - Dance of Joy (2015)

A Midsummer Night's Dream in the Gardens of Spain - that would be an appropriate subtitle for this album with magical, south inspired guitar music.

January Pascal and Alexander Kilian take the listener into a world of magical impressions and rhythmic dances and ignite a breathtaking fireworks. On the basis of flamenco, but also inspired by Arab and Latin American elements, deploy opulent sound images of beautiful colors. Varied and yet in the river, light and airy, yet full of depth is their music. Because not only masterpiece of craftsmanship at work, but rather a vibrant food and music making team are congenial spirits.

Alexander Kilian visited in the summer of 2007 a guitar workshop by Jan Pascal. There is trouble, they play from now on together. In an inspired autumn week in January Pascal composed the music of "Dance of Joy". The arrangements are formed together with Alexander Kilian in the recording studio.

For the first time appears the album under the title "nuevo Cuarteto", in May 2008 in the self-publishing. For publication the label GLM in December 2015 some guitar parts can be rerecorded and dressed the album in a transparent, "airy light" sonic outfit.
