Blind Guardian is a German power metal band, originally known as Lucifer's Heritage, formed in the mid 80s. The current members are Hansi Kürsch, André Olbrich, Marcus Siepen and Frederik Ehmke (who replaced original drummer Thomas "Thomen" Stauch in 2005).After two demos they released their first studio album Battalions of Fear in 1988. Since then they have released seven of their power-metal-on-a-fantasy-theme albums with the most recent being 2006's A Twist in the Myth.Tracklist
