The repertoire of Charles Aznavour has been celebrated many times. Some of his titles have been samples from American rappers and singer, became a legend in his lifetime, has often played along duets with artists of different generations (Kéry James, Grand Corps sick or Vincent Niclo to name a few). With Aznavour album, His Kids is a new offspring that pays tribute through its first titles known.

Generic head appears "His youth," a 1956 song brought up to date and launched by its author, before the interventions of Amel Bent, Vitaa, Soprano, Elisa Tovati, Matt Houston, Black M and The Shady Brothers. The air, disfigured by the electro-house rhythms, has yet to bear the R & B vocals of "singing voice". Following hardly catches up this bad taste with the facelift attempts adapted to the style of each: the eastern range of the young Indila revelation ("My crazy love"), the gypsy key Kendji Girac ("La Bohème"), the R & B Vitaa ("Take me") or Amel Bent ("The Two Pigeons") and the number adulescent crooner Matt Houston ("For Me, Formidable"). The vocal mannerisms then the argument to cheap arrangements, dated before publication.

The school slam, soul and rap following, along with Grand Corps Malade ("To My Daughter"), Ben l'Oncle Soul ("now"), Yseult ("La Mamma") and Oxmo Puccino ("Ay! To die for you"), is not immune to seasonal effects and other mechanical clap hands despite the utmost restraint of the protagonists. The Shady Brothers did the same on the drum of "She". Regarding the song, Camelia Jordana grabs "Because" and Joyce Jonathan "And yet," between sensitivity and light one for the other. John Mamann is reintroducing "Yerushalaim" in a mixture and electro-world, duet, the rapper Passi and his accomplice Gregz up the rear on "yesterday". Youth Charles Aznavour facing the 2014 produces results lackluster.
