It consists of mixes, alternate mixes, outtakes, and demos of songs recorded for the 1965 movie and soundtrack to what was to be called Eight Arms TO Hold You. what would be changed to Help!. These tracks were taken from different sources but sound brilliant. This was put together by Secret Trax.
