Slow Control is a Taircir Elias a.k.a project Tarta. Starting as a Dj in the mid of 2004, he always enjoyed the Full on on overhanging groove to Progressive Trance. After graduate on Advertising College he decided to dedicate more time to electronic music.Devolting himself to Progressive.
