    From the wonderful Decca series "Classic Recitals", Regine Crespine sings arias from Italian operatic repertoire. Verdi-Mascagni-Ponchielli-Puccini-Boito

    Accompanied by Orchestra of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden conducted by Edward Downes. Ihave to note that the conductor Sir Edward Downes and his wife decided to end their live by assisted suicide at the Dignitas Clinic, Switzerland on 10 July 2009.
