This is the mix from the original quadraphonic vinyl pressing of Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here. It is "quadraphonic in stereo", which means you do not need any special equipment or decoders to hear it. It is essentially a different mix of their 1975 album with a number of noticeable differences. It includes the background vocals in "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", the segue way between "Have A Cigar" and "Wish You Were Here" and the fiddle playing at the end of "Wish You Were Here". If you have never heard the quad mix, consider this an alternate perspective. The quad mix was released in 1976, a year after the proper album.
