It's business as usual from the legendary multi gold and platinum decorated Megadeth as they return with single Public Enemy No1, the first from incredible forthcoming album TH1RT3EN, due to hit stores 31st October 2011, produced by Grammy nominated Johnny K (Disturbed/Machine Head). Renowned as one of the most popular and influential metal bands in history, Megadeth are as still as strong as ever after a successful European festival stint (including Sonisphere) under the 'Big Four" moniker with Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax, a summer US run on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour with Machine Head and Trivium and wrapping up with another Big Four show at the home of baseball in New York, the Yankee Stadium.
Previous album Endgame sold a whopping 150,000 units and peaked at #9 on the Billboard 200 chart in America and #24 in the main UK Top 40 chart. Second only to Metallica in commercial success, the band are hoping to build on the 30 MILLION worldwide record sales, 10 Top 40 albums and 18 Top 40 singles.
