Lloyd Price - The Singles Collection (2015)

Lloyd Price born 1933 is a R&B vocalist. Known as "Mr. Personality", after one of his million-selling hits. His first recording, "Lawdy Miss Clawdy", was a hit on Specialty Records in 1952, and although he continued to release records, none were as popular until several years later, when he refined the New Orleans beat and achieved a series of national hits. He did have chart hits in the UK during 1958 &1959. In fact 1959 was his most successful year. The Singles Collection” by Lloyd Price, released by reputable reissue label Not Now Music from UK in 2015, is a 3-CD set with 60 songs, the singles from 1952 - 1962.
