Through performed good song, her own Norwegian-language lyrics, characterized by her Northern Norwegian dialect, with solid and good songs, and with a solid band in the back, she creates her own distinctive expression.
It is definitely jazz that is "Off or on" her musical starting point, but already on the opening track she gives a hint that elements of folk music will also help to characterize the album. Here she makes her personal interpretation of the folk tone "In the evening" (when it darkens), as the only one of the album's 10 tracks where she has not written the music herself.
