From the sultry "Blues in the Night" to the favorite instrumental "Smoke Get's in Your Eyes", You will love every minute of this live session.
Ann Crumb's CD is fantastic! The first song, Blues in the Night, is an incredible start. Her voice is strong and earthy. You believe the words she sings. Ruby is intriguing and heartfelt. The song that really blows my mind and which I have played more often than any other on the album is "Cry me a river." This is simply the best version of this blues/jazz song I have ever heard. After hearing this CD I wish she would do another … real soon! I would especially like her to sing "Summertime" from Porgy and Bess.Review by ChuckDPhoto, Amazon
