After 6 years of absence, Alkinoos Ioannides releases his new album with 15 songs under the title Neropompi, as a stream in slow motion….
The "rain" marks the return of Alkinoos Ioannidis the discography, after an absence of six years. They certainly mediate individual interests in various record releases, but an integrated personal album was to present the "Adventures of a pilgrim" in 2003.
What brought the "rain"? The new songs Alkinoos Ioannidis, forming an interesting musical mosaic with traditional patterns, "artistic" forms, Byzantine voice, data Hadjidakis, rock shades … Alkinoos demonstrates - yet again - that is the gift of "Which songs" that have the talent and inspiration in both the art of composition and the orchestration. Above all, however, is a poet! In lyrically reason of his songs reveal a poetic writing, tender, direct, political, sarcastic, brilliant interior.
The songs leave the path to the soul and caress the ears, do not follow the fashions, are not supported facilities to be pleasing and easily consumed. He writes to communicate the truths of the hurt, the redeemed, the hurt, the incendiary, the heal …
