Aeternus returns after 7 years of silence with a killer sequel to “HeXaeon” from 2006. There have been some changes since then, both musically and regarding the lineup. This time Ares have brought in two new musicians with a background from bands such as Gravdal, Malsain and Tortorum. The band seems to have gone a bit more back to their roots with this release, since there’s more dark metal and not as much death metal as before.
