Megumi Ogata (緒方 恵美, born June 6, 1965) is a Japanese voice actress and singer from the Greater Tokyo Area. She well-known seiyuu affiliated with JTB Entertainment. She is known for her male and tomboyish female roles such as Ikari Shinji in the popular Neon Genesis Evangelion, Mutou Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Kurama in YuYu Hakusho, Eagle Vision on Magic Knight Rayearth and Sailor Uranus in Sailor Moon.
For her singing career, Ogata credits herself as em:óu and she is currently signed to Lantis.
