Acres Wild – Master of Device (1992) is the debut album by the British progressive rock band Acres Wild. The band, which emerged in the early 1990s, was known for its blend of classic progressive rock elements, such as complex arrangements, lush instrumentation, and intricate lyrics, with a slightly more modern edge compared to the traditional prog bands of the 1970s. Master of Device is a conceptual album that merges symphonic prog rock with elements of neo-prog, featuring themes of technology, control, and the human experience.
