MCA continued the series of definitive masters of the Jimi Hendrix catalogue in 2000, releasing the self-titled box set The Jimi Hendrix Experience, consisting of four discs. The material includes alternative recordings, live performances and some rarities. Although most of the material had been released in earlier compilations, some previously unreleased material (such as live versions of "Killing Floor" and "The Wind Cries Mary") was also included.

For years, Ryan Gustafson has been a Hiss Golden Messenger associate and generally a fixture within a certain circle of North Carolina musicians. But along the way he also returns to the countryside and periodically releases new work under his own project, the Dead Tongues. The last time we heard from the project was in 2018, with Unsung Passage. And today, Gustafson is back with news of its successor, the fourth Dead Tongues album.

Anne Queffélec attended the Cours Hattemer, a private school. She started playing piano at the age of five. In 1964, she enrolled in the Paris Conservatoire. She won the first prize for piano in 1965 and the first prize for chamber music in 1966. She continued her education with Paul Badura-Skoda and Jörg Demus. She won the first prize at the Munich competition in 1968. Since then she continued her career playing at the international centres.

Homegrown is an unreleased acoustic album by Neil Young from 1974-1975. Young originally recorded Homegrown at a time his career when new songs were coming to him at an incredible pace, many of them inspired by his painful split with girlfriend Carrie Snodgress. A record that has been hidden for decades. Too personal and revealing to expose in the freshness of those times… The unheard bridge between Harvest and Comes a Time, Homegrown is finally released.

This is a 2020 remaster of the CD mix with substantially upgraded sound and less compression. Also Tinto Brass was omitted from the original CD to facilitate a single disc but is now restored to the running order, which is in the original setlist sequence.

The album was recorded live at Roulette during the Vision Festival 2019 in New York.
