Back in 2008, Motorpsycho MK3 was beginning to gel and settle.
Kenneth Kapstad’s entry into the band a year earlier had not only started to inspire a new and different writing, as shown in their first album, Little Lucid Moments, but also given the musicianship a solid kick up the behind. By summer 2008 the engine room was back to firing on all cylinders, ushering in a new era of intense and ambitious work for the band.

With this album, Heleen Van Haegenborgh returns to her roots as a pianist. In recent years, she has primarily composed works on commission for a diverse range of ensembles, from recorders to foghorns. On this solo album, her entire journey of musical encounters and compositions comes together subtly. Van Haegenborgh doesn't think in terms of stories or boxes, but rather in colours, energy, and texture - without drifting into the abstract.

Drummer and composer Max Trabucco, a recognized figure in the Italian percussive arts, has led the “Convergence” quartet since 2023, joined by saxophonist Manuel Caliumi, trombonist Federico Pierantoni, and double bassist Federica Michisanti. The quartet is comprised exclusively of monodic instruments. The lack of a traditional harmonic instrument leaves the stage open, giving rise to truly original sonic canvases. The nine tracks are the fruit of over two years of research and experimentation. The project’s concept is based on the convergence of diverse melodies, sometimes composed extemporaneously, creating a dense network that is different each time. Listening to “Convergence” takes you on a journey from mainstream jazz to completely free improvisation, all united by a single common thread. Distinct originality and excellent sound.

This album comprises five triptychs written for solo guitar in the 20th century by composers representing various areas of musical culture.

Call Me If You Get Lost (stylized in all caps) is the sixth studio album by American rapper and producer Tyler, the Creator. The album was released on June 25, 2021, through Columbia Records. Two singles preceded its release; "Lumberjack" and "WusYaName", on June 16 and 22, 2021, respectively. The album features uncredited guest appearances from 42 Dugg, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Ty Dolla Sign, Lil Wayne, Domo Genesis, Brent Faiyaz, Lil Uzi Vert, and Pharrell Williams, among others. "This compilation was a long time in the making, a labour of love for the band, showcasing our most productive years as a six-piece. The compilation of tracks – from professional BBC recordings to live performance and rehearsal room demos – gives as broad a spectrum of the breadth of the band's creativity during those five important years from 1982 to 1987," says Chris Connelly.

On August 30, 1972, JOHN LENNON & YOKO ONO/Plastic Ono Band with Elephant’s Memory and Special Guests headlined two historic ONE TO ONE Concerts at Madison Square Garden, New York City. These charitable benefit shows played to a combined audience of 40,000 people and helped to raise over $1.5 million to support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They were John Lennon’s only full-length concerts after leaving The Beatles and the last two full-length concerts that John & Yoko performed together.
