Vibe Ride is the sixth release of Adam Rudolph's Hu Vibrational project and marks his 60th release as a leader or co-leader.

With his new GENUIN album, the young exceptional guitarist Jakob Wagner transcends the boundaries of the familiar: five world premieres, written especially for him, open new sonic spaces beyond the traditional guitar repertoire. At the heart of the album’s concept lies visual art – each composition was created in dialogue with a specific artwork. Jeremy Collins, Daniel Rheinbay, Bojan Vuletić, Alí Arango, and Marek Pasieczny connect music with painting, sound with vision. The result: an interdisciplinary, stylistically multifaceted album – interpreted at the highest level and resonating far beyond the boundaries of genre.

Violinist Anna Urpina, joined by soprano María Hinojosa, harpsichordist Daniel Oyarzabal, cellist Nicola Brovelli and theorbist Nacho Laguna, unveils a vibrant journey through music by women composers from the Renaissance and Baroque to the present day. Featuring world-premiere recordings of works by Isabella Leonarda, Francesca Caccini, Élisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre, Maddalena Casulana and others, the album also embraces contemporary voices Zulema de la Cruz and Helena Cánovas. A celebration of creativity across centuries, Le Chant des Muses gives new life to music too long unheard.

Reckless Meter, the exhilarating new live album from Convergence, Colorado's premiere modern jazz ensemble. Recorded in front of an invited audience at Mighty Fine Productions in Denver, the album captures the spontaneous energy and deep musical synergy that has made Convergence a cornerstone of the region's jazz scene for over 30 years.

In this recording Musica Gloria performs two of their favourite Chandos Anthems by Georg Friedrich Handel (1685-1759): N*6 and N*10. These sacred vocal works show a huge variety of textures and compositional styles, ranging from dramatic, almost operatic, through declamatory to contrapuntal and solemn.

Flautists are inclined to lament the shortage of repertoire for their instrument. It is surprising, therefore, that the considerable British repertoire remains relatively unexplored. This disc looks at some of the music written in England in the later 19th century, though one of the composers has his feet firmly planted in earlier times.

Pianist Naoko Christ-Kato is dedicated to bringing to light the works of forgotten and persecuted Jewish composers. On her new GENUIN album, she now presents music by the Dutchwoman Rosy Wertheim – a rediscovery of delicate, multi-layered sounds that have been forgotten for far too long. The musical arc extends from the charming Sonatina, through imaginative character pieces, to the large-scale_button „Variations on a Theme by César Franck“. With refined and committed playing, Naoko Christ-Kato compellingly brings this music – so deserving of being heard – to the public’s awareness.

Today, we’re going to delve into Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers. The Australian rock band was formed in Canberra in 2019 when band members Anna Ryan (they/them; vocals/guitar), Scarlett McKahey (she/her; guitar/vocals), Jaida Stephenson (she/her; bass), and Neve van Boxsel (she/her; drums) were 15-year-old high school students.

Saul Adamczewski, co-founder of Fat White Family and frontman of Insecure Men, endured a harrowing personal collapse in 2024, spending months in a cupboard in Tulse Hill amid severe psychosis and opioid addiction. After calling his mother and undergoing withdrawal, he began rebuilding his life, reconnecting with family and bandmates. This recovery led to A Man For All Seasons, the second Insecure Men album and a creative rebirth.
