Description
The course is primarily aimed at those struggling with excessive stress, anxiety, and worry. However, it is also for people who want to be more present, more mindful, and for those who simply want to enjoy the present moment more and not constantly escape into their heads to some "someday" or "somewhere."
The course consists of three sections:
Section I:
Mindfulness Mindset
In this section, you will learn about the mindset behind the practice of Mindfulness. This module will cover topics such as:

Section III:
Guided Meditations and Eastern Sources
In this section, you will find several guided meditations (mindfulness meditation, "senses" meditation, "rain" meditation, "gratitude" meditation, and "compassion" meditation) as well as an ebook and two lessons dedicated to the Eastern sources (Tao and Zen) of the Mindfulness practice.
