This 10-day course is intended to help individuals begin their mindfulness journey with clear, engaging and practical techniques to implement into their daily lives.
Andrew, who is a certified mindfulness teacher for both adults and children delivers the course in a friendly and relatable way. Andrew's mindfulness journey started over 10 years ago when he struggled with stress and anxiety. He used the same scientifically proven techniques taught in this course to him manage these challenges and now wants to help as many people as possible to learn the fundamentals of mindfulness so that they can feel calmer and live a happier life.
The course is set out over 10 days with 5 minute sessions from days 1-5 and then 10 minute sessions from days 6-10. This helps individuals start off with short meditations and then move onto longer meditation practices as the course progresses.
