    Diese bislang verschollenen und wohl einzigen Aufnahmen mit einem Prophet-Keyboard erweitern das Omniversum von Sun Ra um eine ganze Reihe von längeren Mitschnitten. Alle wurden an einem einzigen Tag aufgenommen und feiern nun endlich ihr irdisches Debüt! Mit Anmerkungen des Ranthropologen Brother Cleve und zwei exklusiven Bonus-Tracks auf der CD!

    Am 25. August 1986 betraten Sun Ra und seine Mitstreiter Mission Control, ein hochmodernes 24-Spur-Studio nördlich von Boston, in dem es von elektronischen Keyboards und außerweltlichen Klangerzeugern nur so wimmelte. In diesem Arsenal befand sich auch ein brandneues digitales Ultra-Keyboard, der Prophet VS ("Vector Synthesizer"), das zu den raffiniertesten Keyboards gehörte, die Sun Ra in seiner über ein halbes Jahrhundert andauernden Karriere gespielt hat.
