    Après les albums Ida en 2014 et Ants en 2017 (2 fois “Révélation” JazzMagazine), le saxophoniste ténor Ricardo Izquierdo présenta bientôt son nouveau disque : «Kikun Pẹlu Mi Wá». (« Peindre avec mes racines » en Yoruba).
    Originaire de Matanzas, ville phare et vivier culturel de l’Île de Cuba, il nous dévoile une musique personnelle, lyrique et poétique au croisement du jazz et ses racines afro-cubaines. Il rend ici un vibrant hommage aux forces spirituelles de la religion Yoruba.
